ABOUT JANICE
Janice Overbeck created The Chin Up Foundation after she suffered facial trauma from a dog bite in 2018. During her treatments and subsequent recovery process, she realized children from low-income households who have experienced the same trauma may not be able to afford the procedures necessary for improved healing through scar reduction. Through her non-profit, JO Gives, she hopes to provide funding to these children so they have equal opportunity to get the healthcare they need.
